Frequently Asked Questions

Constant clicking usually means moisture in the igniter (common after a boil-over) or a shorted spark electrode or module. If drying out overnight doesn’t stop it, the igniter system needs service — and continuous sparking can wear out the module.

First, confirm the cookware is induction-compatible (a magnet should stick to the base). If compatible pans still aren’t detected, the cooktop’s sensor or generator board is at fault — a repair our induction-certified technicians handle regularly.

The glass itself can’t be patched — a cracked surface is an electrical and safety hazard and must be replaced. We replace glass tops with genuine manufacturer parts; on premium brands this is usually far cheaper than a new cooktop.

Yes — premium European and pro-style cooktops are a core specialty. Our technicians are factory-certified on Miele, Wolf, Thermador, Bosch, and Gaggenau, and we use genuine OEM parts on every repair.
